压控振荡器
压控振荡器 (VCO) 是一种以电压输入来用来控制振荡频率的电子振荡电路设计。其振荡的频率或重复的比例会随着直流电压的不同而改变,这个特性可以用来将调变讯号当做压控振荡器的输入而产生不同的调变讯号。
产品特点
专为通信系统的上下变频器而开发的宽带压控振荡器。
可提供8V电源电压下工作的产品,但输出功率会降低4dB左右。
输出阻抗50Ω,为了改善与混频器之间的匹配,建议用户在输出端与混频器LO端接一只2db固定电阻衰减器。
以上型号仅为标准产品,根据用户不同需求,可提供特殊指标要求的产品。
