Introducing the next-generation high-efficiency power management chip, GC3401.

The GC3401 series chip is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC converter delivering 1A load current with efficiency up to 96%. Ideal for LCD TVs, set-top boxes, laptops, storage devices, and network equipment.
The company officially launches the new GC3401 series of high-efficiency power management ICs. The GC3401 is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC converter capable of delivering 1A load current. Operating across a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 40V, it integrates both the main and synchronous switches with low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction losses.
The GC3401 uses a peak current control scheme. With a switching frequency of 2MHz, it achieves low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor sizes.
The device also features ultra-low quiescent current for high efficiency under light loads. Internal soft-start limits inrush current at power-on. Widely used in LCD TVs, set-top boxes, laptops, storage devices, and networking equipment, it delivers superior power solutions for customers.
